Please read our terms and conditions carefully to get a clear understanding.


Shipping Orders

In general, we separate the waiting period process to shipment into two step:

Step One

Export Permit Submission to Ministry of Agriculture in Indonesia & Phytosanitary process. This 1st step usually takes 2-3 weeks.

Step Two

Delivery process by shipping company which is depends on the designated country, selected courier & delivery service.

Free Service

Indonesia shipping policy obliged a phytosanitary certificate from the Quarantine service by the Ministry of Agriculture for every plant export to ensure all shipped plants are free of pests & diseases. At plantofi.com we will provide Phytosanitary service for free for all of our plants.
NOTE: All inspections in destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.


All the plants will ship in bare root with double insulated box. We pack all packages in the best way as we can, whether it's in winter or summer.
NOTE: Plant damages occur from the customs or bad weather in recipient country is a beyond our responsibility and cost couldn't refundable in this case.

Cancelling Orders

There are no order lines eligible for cancellation after 24 hours post order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer any returns or exchanges but we are happy to replace of any orders that meet to our claims policy. Shipping costs for reship are borne to the buyer.

Claim Orders

All claims of orders can be made at least 24 hours after package notified is received. Customer can submit their claim by email through info@plantofi.com or WhatsApp +62821-3871-8445.

Dead & Damaged

Customer will be given 2 options for a damaged plant:
Partial refund up to 70% from the initial price depending on the damages, or we will resend the plants one time only to the customers. Shipping costs for reship are borne to the buyer, due to damage in shipping being part of the risk of buying live plants.

Refund only applies to plants whose whole is fully damaged (leaves, stems, and roots).
Leaves only damaged plants will not be refunded.
Leaves damage is common for the plant was 'tortured' due to shipping across nations. If the plants arrived with yellowing leaves, folded leaves, dried leafs corners, which is very common during the shipment, there’s NO RESHIP/REFUND.
Due to countries regulation, some countries DO sanitize or sterilize plants using chemical or doing heating procedures. We DO NOT responsible of the sanitizing or sterilization procedures in your country that caused of D.O.A.
Warranty void if the package retains by the custom by more than 3 (three) days.


Some regions and country require taxes to be paid for custom clearance, the amount depends on the destination country. All forms of taxes and inspection fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Country Regulations

Customers is required to provide shipping instructions to comply with the regulations of the destination country. If there is no specific instructions from customers, we will follow the standard procedure according to Indonesian export control regulations.

We will not responsible if the plant could not be arrive in time because of import process delayed in recipient country or declined. Please be aware of laws and regulations of your country regarding importation of plant materials as we will not be responsible for any items confiscated at your customs.


Refund only can be done to every submitted claims that meet to our claims policy. Any eligible claims will entitled for refund.
Every refund in case of claims will be returned to the initial funding source only.
